Italian Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

14 oz dark chocolate

8 TBS sugar

10 TBS unsweetened cocoa, sifted

4 c milk

4 tsp cornstarch

Directions

In a sm bowl wisk 1 c milk & cornstarch. Set aside.

In a md bowl, whisk togetger, cocoa & sugar. Set aside

In a med pot heat remaining milk until boiling. Reduce heat to low, whisk in cornstartch mixture. Slowly add cocoa mixture, then chocolate while continuously whisking until smooth.

Serves 4.
