Ingredients
- 1/2 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c mirin
- 2 Tbs sugar (I prefer dark brown sugar to imbibe a good molasses flavouring.)
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stirring mixture well.
- Bring to a boil over med heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for several minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool.
