Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb red potatoes
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb bacon; sliced, cooked, & crumbled
- 3 c sour cream
- 4 c shredded cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Bake potatoes.
- While potatoes are baking lightly grease a 9x13" baking dish
- Cube potatoes into 1" squares, placing 1/2 in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle half of the salt, pepper and bacon over potatoes.
- Top with half of the sour cream and cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
- Sprinkle with onions.
