Description: A flavored jelly popular in Japan
Ingredients:
- 2 c coffee
- 1 Tbs gelatin powder
- 4 Tbs water
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 4-8 Tbs whipped cream
- Mix gelatin powder & water in a saucepan prior to heating it.
- Put coffee & sugar into the pan.
- Place on range & cook over low heat stirring well until the sugar & gelatin dissolves.
- Strain the mixture & pour into serving containers.
- Cool in the refrigerator until set.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
